Wiper Motor Restoration

This is a 1964 wiper motor and chassis before disassembly and cleaning. The motor will be converted to 12V for and early model car converted to a 12V electrical system.

The wiper motor is remove from the chassis and the completely disassemble. Here is a view of the gearbox that is clean and then repacked with fresh grease. All component are checked, repair or replaced as needed.

The the wiper motor after being converted to a 12V armiture and the brushes are re-seated.

The finished wiper motor and gearbox. The motor is tested and a run-in for further brush seating.
