VW Cylinder Heads

I offer a variety of services for cylinder heads, from basic reconditioning to performance applications. 

Cylinder Head Reconditioning

Basic reconditioning can be done on any used head that is not damaged beyond repair such as cracks in the ports or combustion chamber. This type of damage is far too costly to repair and it's better to replace the head with new stock. The services performed for reconditioning of the cylinder heads include, chemical and abrasive cleaning of the head, valve guide and valve seat replacement if necessary, cylinder seating surface cleanup cut, new valves and 3-angle valve job. The chamber cc's will be checked and adjusted according to your application.

Cylinder Head Machining

There are several services that I can provide to the VW cylinder head. Each of these being for anyone particular application. Machine services include; boring for big cylinders, valve spring boss cut for dual springs, cylinder chamber fly cut for compression adjustments, combustion chamber reshaping (including semi-hemi cut) and port & polishing. If provided with the intake manifolds, these and be matched ported to the heads.

Performance Cylinder  Heads

I build performance cylinder head based on your specification for the engine you are building. Many factors play a roll in what exactly is done to the head for it to work with your engine; bore & stoke sizes, camshaft specs, carburetion, exhaust system type and altitude you normally drive.
